Advertisement Defeater
This is a stupid web server masquerading as an online advertisement blocker.
Start it on port 80 of any computer, then use the hosts file to redirect ad
servers to that machine. Since this web server merely returns a CRLF, pages
will load very quickly for modem users. If you run this thing on your computer,
use the loopback address, 127.0.0.1.
As of June 9th, 1999, this program implements a thread queue to heighten
performance.
To start this program, enter java add. If you don't want the
console window lurking in the background, you might want to look into jrew
or wjview.
